Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Answers to what clients usually ask first.

What does a Maintenance Agreement include?
A monthly system health check, log and monitoring review, incident support according to an agreed SLA, a monthly report, and concrete improvement recommendations.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A focused system usually runs a few months from requirement analysis to go-live, while larger ERP rollouts take longer. We confirm the timeline after requirement analysis, not before.
Do you work with systems built by other vendors?
Yes. Taking over and stabilising existing systems is a regular part of our work. We start with a system assessment and documentation before making changes.
Which cloud platforms do you support?
Major public clouds as well as on-premise and hybrid setups. We choose based on your existing constraints and team, not a fixed vendor.
How do you handle security?
Least-privilege access, managed secrets, patching as part of the maintenance cycle, and documented ownership boundaries for every engagement.
Can you support outside business hours?
Yes, through the SLA tier agreed in the Maintenance Agreement. Response times are matched to severity and business impact.

Have a system that needs building — or needs looking after?

Tell us the situation and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
